New Sheffield offices where convenience is the key

A plan to renovate Sheffield’s Aspect Court is now completed and is valued at £4m. The scheme is the former local home of the Home Office and is located on Pond Hill. The refurbishment included transforming the exterior and interior of the seven storey building.

The outside of the building which is found only a few metres past the Sheffield Digital Campus and is next door to both the Sheffield Hallam University and the Ponds Forge International Sports Centre.

Partner at Knight Frank’s Sheffield office, Tim Bottril and also one of the agents for the new scheme stated that the facelift will help modernize Aspect Court, and due to its central location at the Sheffield city centre the complex will offer a new opportunity for those who need immediate desk space to rent.

Aspect Court is next to the Supertram system, Sheffield Bus Interchange, and Railway Station creating a central business location for potential letters, and is also within the core of the retail area and all city centre amenities.

In addition, the site is next to the Sheffield Hallam University campus, which has been the subject of a great deal of investment over the last few years allowing for quick road access to the M1 at junction 33.

Inside the building are suspended ceilings complete with fluorescent lighting and access to kitchen facilities on every level.

Available in the building is accommodation that ranges between 2,000 and 40,000 sq ft within its walls that is coupled with on site car parking.
